Wheel Refurb

hey,im doing sort of a bit of a refurb on my 1.9 alloys.they are dark grey like the goodwood.but,all over.im going to sand down the edges and leave them polished or colour them.i just cant choose which colour to do them.its on a white 205.i have got to say tho,at the stage im at now the wheels look the tits!..just sanded down stage at the mo and polished.

get chrome trim inserts and match the wheel edge to the trim insert colour :angry:.

I'm currently having a set done the same, just not sure whether to have the outer lip painted silver or if they'll look good just left bare, but polished. They won't look as good as my diamond cut set but will they polish up still quite well? If so i'll have them done that way then lacquered. :angry:

i prob will do the polished lip for the summer then paint it for the summer.has anyone put laquier on there ploished rims?...soz for the spelling.

I had a go today at seeing what I could do...I painted then prepped back the edge again, then laquered over, time will tell how good my work is.
