matty_gti 20 Posted April 4, 2006 hi, had a good look round and cant really find anything that helpfull. Im trying to sort out my oil breather hose problem with it allways clogging up. What exactly is a 'catch tank', where does it go?, what does it attach to and what are the benifits?. Chars.
dee205 3 Posted April 4, 2006 I'll say it before someone else does... do a search. It'll tell you everything you need to know. An oil catch tank does exactly what it says on the tin. - catches oil. Damien
Henry Yorke 269 3 Cars Posted April 4, 2006 Usually goes between the oil filler cap and the inlet. Basically it is just a pot that the vapour passes through and the water vapour condenses and drops out in the bottom. Click on the search button at the top left and type in "catch tank". Here's one topic that is prety good http://forum.205gtidrivers.com/index.php?s...5&hl=catch+tank
