Thread Size On The Inlet Manifold- Brake Servo Pipe

anyone know what thread size the connector is which screws onto the side of the inlet manifold which the brake servobreather attaches too??

 

need one desperatly and peugeot have stopped making them!!

you mean the inside diameter, there is no thread. You can buy servo hose at various places such as http://www.thinkauto.com/

lets have a pic then, seems strange as the hose is pushed onto non-threaded ends secured by jubilee clips

I assume you mean the actual takeoff that's screwed into the inlet manifold that the pipe is then pushed onto and secured with a clip?

that's a very fine thread from memory. Make a new one what ever size you want, so long as it's bigger.

yes but you know the other end is threaded into the manifold, so there is one end threaded into the manfold then the other is a push fit with jubilee clip??

Make a new one and tap a new hole, next size up.

wont that wreck the threads completly tho, also when the tap goes through all the bits are gonna go straight into the inlet manfold,
