Chris, I had a look through the 309 GTi FISA homologation papers for the group N 309 but unfortunately it doesn't list the minimum distance for this measurement unlike it does on the 205.

You need to find someone with a standard 309 to measure it for you.

Thats not the measurement Chris is after, he only wants to know from centre of wheel to underside of arches .

Afaik it will be something around 330-340mm, thats what it lists for the group N 205 iirc.

That link gives height of the car, floor to roof afaik.

Chris,

I've just been looking through the rallybuild manual & it has the minimum measurements for the 205 & 309 (page21) but doen't say what class that is for (group N or A).

front;
  • 325mm min (1.9)

  • 332mm (1.6)

  • 325mm (309)

Rear
  • 295mm (1.9)

  • 321mm (1.6)

  • 285mm (309)

If thats of any use to you.

Graham.

Thanks Graham, that will do nicely, all I really wanted was the diff in height front to rear, so it's 40mm for a 309. Will set my front now 40mm lower than the rear is currently set at.

BTW, interested in a day back at Blyton soon ??

Chris
