well,i dunno exactly what year is it from, but its 1989+. L Jetronic, Intermittent injection Sequence, Water Oil Cooler, with no Lambda Sensor, the ECU Wiring loom is only 11 wires, connected to the ECU, that's as far as i know, oh, and its 130 BHP Engine..!! not that 122 BHP Engine

Hi, i have a diagram for the 1.9 gti up to 07/88 with the ecu having 11 wires in pins 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,9,10,12,13. No idea if it's the L-jetronic (thought the early ones were the K-jetronic).

I have another diagram but for the 1.6 with also 11 wires in the same places but it's for up to 07/86 and another for 1.9 up to 07/87 with also 11 wires in the same places. The other 1.9 one i have for up to 07/92 but has 13 wires for the ecu which i what i presumed you need.

If any are of use, i'll scan them in and hopefully get anthony to upload them again :D. Can't do it until next weekend though

well, it'll be really good if u scanned them for me, and no worries about the next weekend :D, and if that is Ok, i'll need all the wiring schematics you have..!!

info about the Injection Systems, it started from the K-Jetronic, then KE-Jetronic, then D-Jetronic, and L-Jetronic, then LH-Jetronic, then Motronic..!!

there is Multi-point or Single-point injection, the Injection Sequences are 1st Continous, 2nd Intermittent, 3rd Sequential Injection.

Continous Injection started on the K, KE and D Jetronic, intermittent took place in the L, LH, and Motronic Injection, Adanced Systems Using Sequential, in also the same 3 Systems, there is 2 versions from L, LH and Motronic, 1st is Multi-Point, 2nd is Mono or Single-point Injection

hope that helps about the injection systems..!!
