matt205xs 0 Posted March 13, 2006 i have just converted back carbs to injection on 205 gti i have just come over a couple of problems 1. i replaced the injector seals, as i was pulling the one injector out of the manifold the platic cap on the end of the injector came off and is now sat in the most awkward position that i cant get to on the side of the engine, what does this cap do?? 2. i thought id try putting the injectors on without this one cap connected fuel pipes rails etc, air filters etc all i have to do is to put the throttle cable on which i havnt got yet, now went to turn the key and nothing, the fuel pump ingagesbut engine doesnt attemp to fire up any suggestions??
