Is this possible without cutting the rubber seal?

How do you do it? :)

If you want to keep the glass in one piece it is very difficult! I usually just smash the glass by using a screwdriver. Also, cheers for the transfer.

You need peel back and push out the rubber seal from the inside, working first at the corners of the rear edge of the glass whilst pushing out on the glass from the inside. The best tools i have found for this is my bare hands to be honest. It it slow to get started but once you have pushed the seal out in one corner it becomes pretty easy to do the side and then the other corner. The whole lot then slides out really easily.

You don't need to break the glass, it comes out very easily. Get inside the car and push on the glass outwards while unpeeling the seal and pushing the seal outwards as well. Work gradually round the seal kind of unfolding it off the lip that it is attached to. The window will start to come outwards. Be ready to catch hold of it as you unpeel more of the seal. The window should come out easily.

Refitting the window is a bit more tricky. You need some string and some soap. Soap up the seal and put the string all the way around the inside of the seal with the window in place. From the inside of the car pull the string so that it starts to pull the seal over the lip. Work gradualy round until the seal pulls into place and holds the window securely.

My mate pushed with his feet to keep a constant pressure all over the glass and I peeled the rubber back and out popped the window in one piece - right out onto the floor! Like said, be ready to catch it :D
