trogboy 17 Posted March 4, 2006 I have a funny feeling that mine is reading too low. Does anyone have any experience of how accurate theirs is?
Guest smokinslim Posted March 4, 2006 Mine sits at 400rpm when the engine's off, i'm too lazy to take the instrument panel apart just for that so it'll remain like it till something else needs fixing probably. Easy enough to put right though; remove the plastic cover from the panel, pull the needle off or gently pursuade it off with a flathead screwdriver if neccessary, and push it back on in the correct position. Anthony 1,003 Posted March 4, 2006 Rev counters vary tremendously with regards to accuracy - some being bang-on accurate, and others being upto 10% out.
