Fitting A Drivers Seatbelt

Recommended Posts

Sanchez

I've got a replacement seatbelt coming today as my current one is totally knackered. How difficult will it be to replace my existing one? Will I need to get a Haynes manual (I haven't had time to get one yet?) or is this something I should get done at my local garage/Pug dealership?

Thanks,

Daniel.

Piece of p!ss mate... few bolts and it's there. Nothing to really note, just undo the bolt on the B pilar, the bolt on the lower rail and the bolt on the mechanism and fit the new one... nothing to it and very self explanatory :D

to change it over is really simple. just a case of taking off a few bolts then the rear doorcard and unbolting the seatbelt unit. as the haynes would say replacement is reverse of removal

a case of snap has just poped up again. :D

It's so easy, even I can do it, and I'm useless with a spanner. :-)

One thing though, are the buckles different on some of the seats?
