Simes 248 2 Cars Posted March 1, 2006 Genuine Pug or GSF? Any difference? Do either of them come as inner and outer cable or is it just the inner? Is it worth dribbling some 3in1 oil down the cable for added 'slickness'! ta
hengti 2 Posted March 1, 2006 Just fitted a GSF one to a BE3 box - no problems. You can only get the complete (inner/outer) cable from GSF t'was expensive though (about £20 as I recall) - so lord only knows what Pug charge ... 3in1 can't hurt - can't imagine it making much difference for long though
Anthony 1,003 Posted March 1, 2006 GSF clutch cables are fine in my experience, and you get everything you need - complete cable, clip that goes over the pedal, gearbox clip, washers, rubbers, and nuts
