Garry 1 Posted February 25, 2006 Need to get rid of the Dynamat in the boot ready for painting next week, any tips for getting the stuff off? Thanks in advance Garry
Ryan 99 Posted February 25, 2006 You need to heat it up to soften it. Something like a hair drier is fine. If you get it warm enough then it should peel off easily.
Paintguy 0 Posted February 25, 2006 I second the above. If it's not warm enough it'll be brittle and break off in little pieces. Sometimes a plastic or wooden spatula from the kitchen can help you to get under the edges to start it off.
