maturin23 10 Posted February 23, 2006 Hi all, Finally got round to fitting two new tyres (Eagle F1's) on the front end of my 205 Mi16. Also had the tracking done which was a long long way out. I've just been for a thrash - the car has more traction in the wet post-tracking that it did in the dry, and it'll pull to the red line in second without a twitch through the steering wheel whereas before the torque steer was worse than a Volvo V40 T4 . The steering itself has lightened up too and I can feel so much more detail. Can't believe it's taken so long to sort it... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

maturin23 10 Posted February 23, 2006 It shouldn't have been a surprise really - took my Scoob to Powerstation in Cheltenham for a proper alignment and bumpsteer mod and it felt like a different car.
