ultimatepug 0 Posted February 18, 2006 ive removed all but one of the hex bolts that hold in place the inlet manifold, but i can get one out as the heads rounded! ive tried a special tool to go over the top but as its the last bolt to the right side of the manifold there isnt enough space to get it around the bolt! any ideas how i can get it out? without drilling it? lol adam Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

B1ack_Mi16 67 Posted February 18, 2006 I would say... just drill it out. And then just get the remains out afterwards. Maybe by welding a nut to the remains. You could also try and heat the area up with a heat-gun, then give the bolt-head a bash with a hammer, and try to unscrew it.. but I like the drilling attempt Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
