Guest monkey180 Posted February 10, 2006 dont know if any one can help i have a mi16 on twin 45's i am using a sliver top pump . i know people say you should use the red top but i got it cheap of a mate you know how it is. i have all so found out the sliver are surrpose to be good up to 200bhp. but i am having trouble with fuel it just seems it cant hack it . so the other week a tryed a friends red top but that seemed to be the same. any one have any ideas ? would be a big help cheers. boombang 2 Posted February 10, 2006 If your engine is struggling: float settings in the carbs, blocked jets, blocked filter etc if additionally there isn't much fuel coming out of the pipe with no restiction (take it off the carbs and see_: pickup is blocked, pump is in poor location, voltage too low to pump, airlock in pipework etc. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
