jonD6B 0 Posted February 5, 2006 They are always popping up on ebay. I would try taking it off and spraying carb cleaner through it a couple of times first though.
Thijs_Rallye 87 4 Cars Posted February 6, 2006 If you leave the sad in a bottle of petrol for a night will usually unstick them too. Helped with mine, worth a try at least. grz Thijs
ALEX 98 1 Cars Posted February 7, 2006 Just for the record, what symptoms were you getting with a broken sad? I think mine not working properly.
Thijs_Rallye 87 4 Cars Posted February 7, 2006 Depends is it isn't opening anymore, or isn't closing. When is doesn't open anymore, the car won't idle when the engine is cold. If it doesn't close anymore your engine will idle at a high RPM. Anyhow, those problems usually don't come out of the blue, so it's important to check the sad first by taking it off and have a look in/through it. grz Thijs
