Is It Posible To Remove Wing With Bumper On?

Im about to start filling in my front bumper and then paint it. However ive suddenly wondering whether its possible to take off the front wings with the bumper on. I want to change the wing soon because its seriously rusty, however i dont want to take off the bumper once ive filled it because its hard, and will crack!! My wheel arch is cacked in crud at the mo, and i know a few people have filled their bumpers before, so thought i would ask here, rather than try and take everything apart!!

I would highly dought it, rusty bolts, and the chances are the wings will get damaged due to the weight of the bumper.

 

Plus im rather sure you need the bumper off to get to certain bolts for the wings.

no you need the bumper off to take or fit a wing on or off, plus all the bolts will be rusty as...
