Damn Vibrations On Corners

Recommended Posts

Richie-Van-GTi

Ive still got vibrations round corners. If the car is turning left or right I get major vibrations through the car. It doesnt do it on tight corners, only on slight bends. Ive ruled out wheels/tyres/balance/tracking/rubbing as Ive put new rims and tyres on all balanced up right and had the tracking checked. Also inspected th arches /tyres and no signs of rubbing at all. Have give the driveshafts a good old shake etc and theres no play whatsoever in them so I doubt its them. I have noticed however that just above biting point I ge a similar vibration from the clutch. Could it be the clutch thats at fault??

just a question, does ur car have a PAS ??, if so, check the oil level, check for leaks around the Rack and Pinion, also around the Hydraulic cylinder over the rack and pinion..!!
