Genuine Peugeot Oil Filter - Improved Version

Went to main dealer last night for some service parts and...

 

Peugeot have replaced the trusty old 1109 N2 Puriflux Oil Filter with the 1109 T0 (LS 923).

 

Apparently it has been introduced with better filtration properties for the 20,000 mile service schedules on the very latest models coming off the production line.

 

Well so says the Parts Manager at my local dealer and as he has worked there since they were selling Talbot Sunbeams, Alpines and Solaras, therefore, I am inclined to hold him to his word.

 

Still wouldn't catch me running any engine for 20,000 miles without an oil change, even if it was still under warranty.

 

I will still keep to my 6,000 mile changes regardless.

 

Retail Price - £7.92 + VAT = £9.31
