Finding Tdc On Crank Pully Wheel

Hi All.

 

Can anyone tell me where TDC is on the crank pully wheel 8v Engine with Mi16 flywheel?

 

When the crank pully wheel is removed there is a spline, Where should this be pointing at TDC.

Or would that be the wrong way of doing it?
