GSF or Eurocarparts would be my choice,i think 205 and 309 ones are the same.

seized track end might mean a new a whole new tie rod, maybe wrong though!!

Tracking i would get done proffesionly,ie not quickfit..Pro tyres is supposed to be good.its in Fareham, amybe a little far for you though

I have had to do the tracking myself after putting the 309 stuff on but only adjusted 1 side :P

I know not the way to do it but thats the only thing i could do, as it was completely un-drivable.

Im going to get it done properly this time one the new ends are on, i was just wondering what measurements are best as im sure 205 set-up wouldn't really work due to the wide track!

Not sure what settings you should use - but can recommend having it set up by Protyre - there's one in Bristol (Laurence Hill). £23.50 for a front set up - the machine they use is v impressive and gives you a print out of the various geometry measurements

Re. getting the old TRend off; I'd just stick at it with WD40 and the spanners - and maybe a lump hammer. It really should come off without having to resort to using an oxy-torch to heat it up. Alot of these cr*ppy places get the blowtorch out as soon as the first attempt at loosening the nut fails - the problem is that once you've heated it up and quickly adjusted and tightened everything again, it's still hot - and once its cooled down you're not going to be loosening that nut again easily!! If you have to use a torch, leave everything to cool down before reassembling - and use a load of grease as well
