jr4070 0 Posted January 20, 2006 Does anybody have any pearls of wisdom for the fitment of the 309 Goodwood seats to the 205. I believe that the back ones will slot straight in. I am told that the fronts will need some engineering to fit. Does anybody have the wisdom to share..
Ryan 99 Posted January 20, 2006 The rears do indeed drop straight in. The front seats are slightly wider that 205 seats. When I fitted mine I kept the 205 rails and made some little brackets - just short metal strips with a couple of holes drilled in . There are some pics of someone elses seats who did the same somewhere... Alternatively you could use the 309 subframes and modify the floorpan, I think it just requires welding on a couple of nuts? j_turnell 137 3 Cars Posted January 20, 2006 Its exactly the same with my xm seats, the easiest way to do it is to make up some simple brackets. excuse the poor focus.
