How to remove /replace soft top 205 CTi 1.9

Hi from Down Under(New Zealand),

I have a hail damaged 32 year old hood on my 205 CTi Cabriolet that needs replacement. I have bought a replacement from UK but would appreciate  ADVICE ON HOW TO REMOVE THE 3 LAYERED HOOD. This car was stored outside for 6 years so the sterl frame is showing some wear & rust where paint rubbed away. I intend to sane away any rust, acid etch, etch price & top coat the frame to ensure easy, reliable operation. I am fortunate as I I have 2 x CTI, one a 1.6 5speed & this 1.9 Auto+ p/st with electric raise & lower operation(MY 1992) ex Japan import.
