Rubber piece at rear end of sunroof frame/trim

Hi, I had to remove the trim around the factory sunroof. At the rear ends  of each side piece there is a thick rubber/frame sealant lump. Please see photo attached.
Is this an actual moulded item or just the final form of a sealant used at the ends of the runners. 
any help would be appreciated

Its a bump stop for rhe glass,its rubber and ive one missing although yours doesn t look original.
