205 on ifor williams lm 105

Has anyone had a 205 on an ifor lm105 ?

 

It looks tight lenght wise as bed is 3mtrs long and 205 is 3.7 MTRS

 

But the wheelbase is 2.4 MTRS soif I take the head board off it may work ?

It did fit she's home now

No room to spare . 205 is I think 12 foot long

Back of car was hanging over the back but she towed fine

Wouldn't bother that defender as its rated for 3.5 ton towing , all the weight is in the front anyway on a 205 .

The old defender did the 400 mile round trip with ease

I thought trailer may be nose heavy with the 205 on (if I'd known it would be so well balanced I would of taken the Octavia instead)
