3D drawing xu engine

Hi, I would like to know where can I source a 3d drawing of the XU5/7/9 engine, to be able to make a new engine block with the iron liners cast in place as sleeve.

That's a lot of work to make something close to the EW engine block.

 

Your best option is probably a 3D scan, this engine was made before CAD so even PSA 3D models are probably good mock-ups but not 1:1 digital replicas. There was no need for that with the tooling already up and running.

Pay someone to digitize the one you have. That will be the most accurate and quickest way.

This might be 1.6 engine or depending on the country could BE a 1.9 but very are.

The engine is 1.9 with Solux carburetor, I can't find the exact model of this engine, which model is xu9, this car is in Iran.

They are plenty of XU92C : D2A, D2B, D2C, D2D, D2H, D5A.

Check the plate on the block.
