JoeL77 0 Posted July 15 Hi all, I parted company with my 1.6 Gti back in the early 2000's, and I'm interested to find out what happen to her. I heard through the grapevine about 9 months after I p/xed her that she was spotted in a ditch! After owning several mini's my 205 was i suppose my first real car, a beautiful sorrento green 1.6 with a set of the much nicer 1.9 wheels. She had no sunroof, but A/c was there along with a dark green carpeted interior. If anyone has any information or knows someone who might please get in touch. welshpug 1,644 Posted July 15 that is most likely long gone I'm afraid, the registration has been untaxed since november 2002, last V5 change in may of that year as well, unfortunately the grapevine was probably correct, at the time they were cheap and disposable almost, but it probably gave life to many others in the way of parts!
