Windscreen lower frame panel

I'm just dealing with bits of rust on the car, and have whipped the windscreen out (badly - cracked to death!) to access the metalwork around it. The part that runs along the bottom of the windscreen is quite bad, so I would ideally want to replace that panel. However, I've googled away and can't find anything that refers to it as a separate panel item. Does anyone know if it's available as a repair panel? It's the long narrow curved section that the lower part of the windscreen sits on.

You would need to cut one from a donor car that is not rotten. I don't think it can be bought separately.

I think the part number I'm after is 7147-23 according to this: http://www.miamistu.co.uk/pug/GB/205F/7/71E01A.HTM. "Cowl crossmember" is its proper name it seems.
