Bottom pulley rubs

Seems to be a common issue but is there a fix or am I missing a spacer of some description?

My bottom pulley rubs the lower belt cover, ive replaced the cover with new and still the same. The belt catches it very slight after the pulley rubs itself in far enough.

Try warming it up (not to hot or you will melt it) and easing it to give enough clearance

No its not causing any issues other than wearing out bottom belt covers and marking the edge of the belt
