205 CTI front seat head rests

Hi everyone, I have a tear in my driver seat and want to take the the cover off it to get it fixed. How do you remove the driver seat head rest so I can pull the cover off the seat?

 

There seems to be no buttons or clips obvious unlike more modern cars

I kind of struggled there as well. I used force, which can it be the proper way to go. Anyone?

There is no trick, you just pull/push it and it moves.

It is as basic as it can be, just the plastic guide and some kind of R-pin to act as a detent.
