Can anyone help me out with the complete specs for a DKZ cam shaft? I need to time one up properly with a Vernier pulley and have searched post after post and can find every other cam spec but not the DKZ!

Thanks in advance

First there is more than one, it's either before 05/1992 or after and each part number was replaced by a newer one so they should be close enough but not identical:

I have specs from engines that should have the same camshaft as up to 05/1992 DKZ:

Camshaft with two white rings between the cams on cylinder 2

Lift intake/exhaust: 11,5/10,5mm

With 1mm valve clearance
IVO 6° before TDC
IVC 48° after BDC
EVO 43° before BDC
EVC 1° after TDC

From an older document (both are from Citroën bdw):

Lift intake/exhaust: 11,5/11,5mm

With 1mm valve clearance
IVO 5°09 before TDC
IVC 48° after BDC
EVO 43°04 before BDC
EVC 1°10 after TDC

Think of it this way. The inlet lobe is from a D6B. The exhaust lobe is from a DFZ. Dial the inlet lobe in at 109 LCL and it will be sweet.

Thank you both, I don't know if it's the older or newer one unfortunately, it was second hand and dare I say it from Spooks so I'll have to measure the inlet and exhaust lift with a dial gauge to double check which one it is first but that should then give me what I need

Thanks again
