Engine Swop, From 1.1 TU - to - 1.4 TU3S

Hello, I’m planning a base model 205 engine & gearbox swop in the New Year, upgrading from a 1.1 TU to the 1.4 TU3S XS engine & gearbox.

 

I already have the engine & gearbox - but wondered if there is anything I might not of yet thought of that will also need changing?

eg

exhaust, driveshafts, etc.

 

I’m hoping it’s pretty much plug and play…..lol

Exhaust down pipe is longer on the 1.4

 

air box won’t fit if you are using the xs carb

 

drive shafts fit

 

top heater hose on the bill head will fit but you have to stretch it so ideally use a xs one
