I just bought one of those QH mi16 cambelt kits - QBK322 , in the ad its shown with 2 tensioners and a belt  , when it arrived it was one tensioner and a belt . The tensioner has no manufacturer markings , does not appear to be ground on its outer circumference and is not smooth to spin ! Not ideal at all , have messaged the seller and have not heard back yet .
