Knock sensor addition

Is it possible and has anyone managed to fit a knock sensor to an 8v gti block?

In the process of building an entire new loom for an ECU change so wondering about adding one while the option is there.

Yes, you just need the special stud that screws into the side of the #3 bearing cap, in place of the normal bolt, as fitted to a DFW (XU9J4Z).

As Peter says. Wouldn’t be too hard to make something if you can’t lay your hands on the Peugeot stud.
