Bolt identification

Recommended Posts

Mark Morley

Hi all, Great time to get the roof off..only trouble is I need two bolts that hold the bracket at the non pinion end of the starter motor (P and Rohn) to the block. I managed to put these into a safe place,  and guess what; not a scooby where they are.

This is where I need your help in identifying the 2 bolt's size, thread etc. They're out of production and an awkward size so I can't order any. I've checked my PSA cd, and although illustrated,  there are no values included.

Thanks in anticipation

Mark

You'll be fine to use the car without this bracket fitted, I took it off mine when I did a starter years ago & have never refitted it because the replacement starter had a smaller body without any problems.
