Heater blower and door card clips

Hello a couple of questions

 

Has anybody got a good working heater blower they would want to part with or know of an alternative?

 

I had to replace the front seat belt on a 2 door car and the rear card retaining clips broke in the process. Does anyone know the correct part for the clips. The ones I ordered from the internet are a bit loose.

The ends of the clips seem to have disappeared into the  door pillar. Is there a way to get the bits out or do I just have to hope they wont rattle in future?

I'm sure one extra rattle in the car wouldn't hurt!
