Need help with my 205 xl 1.1 carb/choke

Hi. Sorry if wrong forum, but still new here. 

 

My car wont run without the choke on. Ive lubricated all movable parts on the carb, but wont run like it should. When choke is on, it runs fine on a higher rpm, but when slowly push chokehandle back in it stalls around halfway. 

 

What to do?

Sounds like a blocked Jet or a bit of crap in the jet 

 

I had similar and the main jet had one tiny strand of wire wool stuck in the jet, you could still see past it but fuel wouldn’t flow through
