Hazard light and rear fog switch bulbs

Morning,

 

my hazard light and rear fog light switches light up intermittently, I.e. if you hit them. I think the bulbs inside them have poor connection.

 

i can’t see how to take them apart to fix them, can it be done or do they need replacing?
