13” Rallye wheel specs

I’m selling a set of what I believe to be UK spec 205 Rallye wheels 13x5j ET28

 

Ive just been questioned on eBay if they are Rallye wheels as he believes they should be 5.5j

 

from an extensive google search as I suspected the Euro Rallye had the 5.5j et20 wheels and the uk spec we’re a 5j et28 basically just a base spec wheel painted white?

 

can anyone confirm this?
