Tu3m flywheel & crank sensor

Does anybody know anything about - 91 tu3m flywheel? Does it have 60-2 trigger or doesn't? Block has somekind crank position sensor itself, but it has only been used In Peugeot diagnostic system. 

Can it be used with aftermarket ecu, or do I need To buy trigger wheel & sensor? 

 

I'm planning To install speeduino engine management system & gsxr throttle bodies.
