bacardincoke 42 1 Cars Posted May 31, 2020 Said before that I'm very new to 205's, so learning all the time and what may seem obvious or basic to some is still fresh to me. My car's a 1989 1.9 phase 1.5 - It came with quite a bit of history and seems to have been well maintained by at least some of its owners. I've since realised one or more of them have done some 'upgrades', though these all seem to be mainly from very early on in its life. So far I've found the TD twin fan set up, aftermarket exhaust manifold heat shielding, a fuel pressure regulator, and battery relocation to the boot. Yesterday I added grease nipples on the rear beam to the list. Reading up on these it's clear most are today considered pointless, but in fairness to old owners that doesn't always seem to have been the case. I'm thinking the period from around the mid 1990's to early 2000's... are there other not so obvious tweaks that were in vogue at that time that I can check for?
