front wheel arch fixing?

Hi can anyone tell me what sort of bolt/ washer/ screw should be holding the little arch clip on as mine appears to be missing on both side i suspect my car had mud flaps fitted at some point

m6 screw, 10mm hex head with a captive washer, same as the top edge of the wing.

M6 doesn't fit and M5 is too small
