Otherwise , can also have a look for some turbo oil line screen filters from other car brands/makes .. as something should fit the 205 head dimension .

I have left this out in the past and would do so again. In terms of filtration capability it is a brick catcher and no more. The oil in the gallery up to the head has been through the oil filter anyway as far as I can remember.

I haven't fitted one for a long time. As said, oil comes from the main gallery anyway, which is filtered.
