Electrical Problem, Horn and Washers

Hi, Got a 1990 1.6 Gti, and the horn and washers have stopped working.

Supply a live direct to them and they work. Have fitted a pair of stalks Indicator/ wiper off another car, that work, still nothing.

Replaced wiper relay, still nothing.

My knowledge of electrics is very limited, so any help advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Bad wiring down to them, strip the wiring insulation back and I bet you’ll find the copper all black and s*itty. Cut it back till you get to shiny copper then join new wire in. Sometimes you have to go a long way to find decent wire.
