What tappet settings? Valve timing?

Late 1989 1.6 CTi, but fitted with a 1.9 camshaft. The Haynes joke book states 0.15 -0.25mm inlet, and 0.35 - 0.45mm exhaust, however I recall that there was a preferred setting by Forum members. Had a brief search but could find no reference, so what settings to use?!

 

Would also be useful to know if the camshaft timing marks are OK to use for the 1.9 cam.
