Check your plugs and HT leads. Might just be rotten insulation.

Easy way to check that, Rev it up in the dark, makes any arcing/tracking easier to see.

I Checked with no cat and only with manifold on and still the same and yes you where right its the fault code for the EVAP system and i removed it. i will do a resistance to it and i think too it will not blocking the revs with that , also changed now coil wires no change

It was the Ground cable to the Amplifier , trough the Hole from Inside to the Engine the cable was rotten, i only checked for resistence but without any power trough it , i think i measured it but i did something wrong so i paid hard for it 7 days of work and all that for not checking it good enough ... but i learnd very much trough this days and i want to thx all that helped :)

Nice one, thanks for updating us.

 

Rotten high resistance wiring is a huge problem for 205s now, as you say you can't really test for it by measuring resistance with a meter, you can only look for voltage drop under load which is much harder to do.
