Loom wiring

Hi guys, my lil pug came wired up with megasquirt and I have a friend working on putting it back to standard, loom, ECU etc. 

 

Just wondering if any of you lovely people know what the wires and clips pictured below are for or what they go.

 

We're getting rpm and crank but no spark.

The only suggestion I have is look for the printed wire codes in the original Peugeot wire and work from the Haynes wiring diagram. That will tell you what the connectors are for
