DamirGTI 342 Posted May 25, 2019 Second hand OE would be best .. as a lot of aftermarket bumpers sold today are really , crap in terms of material type dimensions fitments etc. Might even go on a trip to the scrapyard and see if there's any OE base model bumpers in good nick , with a little bit of trimming and hole drilling , will be as gti one . New OE item , i really don't know , "Farmer" might help you with new (old stock) bumper . D
All Praise The GTI 3 Posted July 12, 2019 I'm also looking for one now and there appears to be no GTI compatible ones about not even cheap copies
brianthemagical 1 Posted August 5, 2020 Has anyone had any luck trying to source something suitable? After a lengthy chat to a nice chat on Carpanels4U, there doesn't seem to be many options that are a straight forward simple fit. And even a with a lot of work, finding something suitable may not be that simple. An i correct in thinking any 205 bumper can be made to fit a GTi?
Nobbly 22 2 Cars Posted January 18, 2021 Yes, a wee trim and a couple of holes drilled and it’s a GTI bumper
