Boot leak

My boot lets in quite a lot water when it rains.

 

I've just replaced my tailgate seal but it hasn't helped.

 

The water is making its way in at the bottom of this vertical seam in the rear NS corner of the boot.

 

Is this a known problem area?  Any suggestions?
