Tom Fenton 1,542 Posted August 3, 2018 So I’m gradually building a road rally car, part of the competition is stopping fairly often for Marshalls to sign or give you a time, hence the navigators window is up and down a lot. Cage in the way means he needs an electric window fitting, whilst I’m there I want to wire in a one touch type arrangement for convenience, as a navigator myself I know you’ve a lot to be doing so a window that largely sorts itself out is a bonus. SO, after all that waffle, to the point. Can anyone recommend a suitable donor? Years ago (like maybe 15 years) I converted my then road car 405Mi16 to the drivers window being 1 touch, but back then 405’s were plentiful in breakers yards. Ideally I need a switch, module if needed, and a short bit of wiring for the plugs to attach to both the aforementioned. Any leads appreciated!

petert 588 Posted August 4, 2018 This is sort of related, but not one touch. This works well when you don't have (or need) an OEM switch.

welshpug 1,657 Posted August 6, 2018 here's the picture, I think a small bit of trimming to allow the plug to fit, I do recall reading about it on this Forum many years ago but never did it myself as I wasnt keen on the look.
