B pillar crack

Hi,

 

can someone one let me know how to repair the bottom of the B pillar? There’s a crack in it where the bottom corner of the door is on the body? 

 

I’ve heard this can be common?

The B pillar only has a couple of spots at the bottom one of mine was right at the edge of the panel and had failed , just reweld it .
